CENTUM ENERGIA & PROJECT MANAGEMENT (EPM) CENTUM EPM’s mission is to maximize the efficient use of resources on complex and innovative projects throughout their life cycle. CENTUM ENERGY & PROJECT MANAGEMENT is a specialised Owner Engineering and Energy Efficiency Project Management division that focuses on contributing to the development of a country’s energy strategy, optimizing its energy resources and enhancing the quality of life for its citizens by taking on a client’s requirements as if they were its own.
The Energy and Project Management division is currently involved in five different areas:
- » Project Management of largProject management of large-scale Energy, Petrochemical and Civil engineering projects, detecting risks and implementing corrective measures.
- » Provision of technical assistance to thermosolar plant owners lending technical support to the Owner during each phase of construction; developing Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects; plant operation and maintenance.
- » Detailed Engineering on special projects.
- » Energy Efficiency evaluation of the energy aspects of a project, identification of the best improvement systems and preparation of optimal consumption proposals.
- » Provision of training that facilitates the incorporation of proprietary best practice project management and engineering methodologies into a client’s workflow.
