TRAINING

This division of our company provides clients with business consultancy services, whereby we analyze, assess and evaluate the internal procedures and methodologies of clients, after which CENTUM-EPM prepares for, and presents to, the client a comprehensive action plan focused on the continued improvement of their range of activities.

Each course we give is designed, developed and conducted based solely on the needs of each particular client, with the sole purpose being the attainment of specific objectives outlined by the client at the briefing. These are grouped into two modules:
